Philippines’ CEBU To find out more about their children’s US educational journeys, parents and university officials are invited by the US Embassy in the Philippines to attend the Education USA Philippines Parent Conference in Cebu City on March 16, 2024.
Parents of incoming students in grades 9 through 12 who want to attend college in the United States are invited to this activity, which will take place at the Holiday Inn. The purpose of the meeting is to provide parents with advice from Education USA advisers and university admission professionals on how to submit a competitive application. The free conference is set to run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
There will be a general session at the conference on the criteria that US colleges and universities use to evaluate applications. Additionally, grade-specific breakout sessions will cover how parents and school leaders may help students succeed throughout their high school careers. Representatives from universities will also present on relevant subjects.
