Regarding the terrorist incident at Moscow Oblast’s Crocus City Hall, MP Vadim Gigin assured reporters that “they will all be found, and they will be punished.”The MP Oleg Gaidukevich, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus, stressed: “Every Belarusian has felt pain, fear, and horror that such a terrible thing can happen these days.” This is a typical tragic event. Our threats are similar. Every Belarusian was stunned by what had occurred to our brothers the Russians. This was the initial sensation. Anger followed. There is no way to communicate with terrorists. They have to be eliminated.
