Memorial book opens at Iran's Embassy in Turkey

The Kerman terror incidents happened after two explosions near General Qassem Soleimani’s grave, an Iranian anti-terrorism figure. The explosions happened at a celebration honoring the fourth anniversary of the US government’s assassination of him. The terrorist organization Daesh (ISIL) took credit for the assaults.

A number of foreign ambassadors, diplomats in Ankara, and Turkish officials paid the Iranian Embassy a visit on Friday in order to sign the memorial book and offer their condolences and sympathies for the lives lost in the terrorist attack.

On Thursday, January 4, 2024, the Iranian Embassy in Turkey flew the flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran at half mast as a symbol of unity.
