Beppe Fenech Adami, a PN MP, formally requested in Parliament on Tuesday that the roadway where the Russian Embassy is located in Malta be renamed in honor of the late Russian Opposition Leader, Alexei Navalny.
The PN’s Fenech Adami suggested renaming San Gwann’s Triq Ic-Ciefa after Navalny during his statement in Parliament. For his enormous achievements to his country and the advancement of democratic liberties, he praised Navalny as a hero.
Following the request, Parliament honored Navalny’s memory with a minute of silence.
